TRADEMARK REGISTRATION COIMBATORE

Enlistment:-

(1)    Subject to the arrangements of segment 19, when an application for enrollment of an exchange stamp has been acknowledged and either –

(a)    The application has not been restricted and the ideal opportunity for notice of resistance has terminated.

(b)    The application has been restricted and the resistance has been ruled for the candidate.The Registrar might, unless the Central Government generally coordinates, enlist the said exchange stamp [within eighteen months of the recording of the application] and the exchange check when enrolled should be enrolled as of the date of the making of the said application and that date should, subject to the arrangements of segment 154, be considered to be the date of enlistment.

(2)    On the enrollment of an exchange stamp, the Registrar might issue to the candidate a testament in the recommended type of the enlistment thereof, fixed with the seal of the Trade Marks Registry.

(3)    Where enrollment of an exchange stamp is not finished inside twelve months from the date of the application by reason of default with respect to the candidate, the Registrar may, subsequent to pulling out to the candidate in the recommended way, regard the application as deserted unless it is finished inside the time determined for that sake in the notice.

(4)    The Registrar may alter the enroll or an authentication of enlistment with the end goal of adjusting an administrative blunder or an undeniable mix-up.
