Particulars to be expressed in application.- An application under principle 68 might contain full particulars of the instrument, assuming any, under which the candidate, or, on account of a joint application, the individual other than the enrolled proprietor cases to be qualified for the exchange mark and such instrument or a properly confirmed duplicate thereof should be created at the Trade Marks Registry for review at the season of utilization. The Registrar may require and hold an authenticated duplicate of any instrument delivered for assessment in proof of title.
Case going with application.- Where a man applying under tenet 68 for enrollment of his title, does not set up his case under any report or instrument which is competent in itself of outfitting proof of his title, he might, unless the Registrar generally coordinates, either upon or with the application, express a case putting forward the full particulars of the truths whereupon his case to be proprietor of the exchange imprint is based
